We are looking for a flexible Shop Assistant for a new bakery. Duties will include serving customers and taking customer orders. As it is a new bakery opening days/hours have not been decided and therefore the candidate must be flexible as weekends will be involved. The successful candidate must have a good command of the English language. Knowledge of food/bakery required. Retail experience required. Some HACCP knowledge required but training can be given. Well presented. Good time keeper. Excellent customer service, Efficient. Polite. Willing to take instruction and learn.
